CharShooterie was born in West Lothian. When founder Findlay got back into hunting, the question quickly became — what do you do with an abundance of exceptional wild game? Together with his friend Martin, he began experimenting. From field to kitchen, through countless ideas and iterations, CharShooterie emerged: a small-batch game brand based in West Lothian, built on a genuine love of the land, the hunt, and the craft of turning wild ingredients into something truly special. We offer a variety of services; Fresh Raw Game, Cured Meats, Dried Meats, Terrines, Pate En Croute and Shooters Lunches to be enjoyed at home or on the hill between drives. We also offer production of our menu using your game.
